Dolanbay’s durational performative installations generate alienated situations. These situations engender state of transformation that the audience and the artist enter into liminal condition. Within that condition the audience and the performance attain a state of equilibrium, in which the audience and the gradually evolving installation within its components – time, space, body / mind presence – manifest in a flow of concealed participation.
